Hi there...
I was able to attend the CSI 4 Grand Finals held at NCCC mall Davao City yesterday (January 24, 2010). The event was a depot of exemplary routines from 3 outstanding groups who survived the fittest competition- Mix Illusion, Mains Crew and Magallanes Elem. School. All three groups really stepped up and it was hard to determine who should hold the famous title- CSI grand champion.
The competition was composed of 3 parts (freestyle, novelty and dance battle). The groups showcased their distinct routines that left an awe to the 5 honorable judges. The audience were divided with their own favorites. Personally, I love the routine and team presence of the Mix Illusion dance crew which bagged the 2nd place. The cute and competent Magallanes dancers grabbed the 3rd place. And Mains Crew flew up conquering the 1st place using their audience charms and fun dance performance (Credits go to Steven).
The show was not purely competition. Great dance numbers from famous local dance groups also rocked the place. The GUD community was really transforming NCCC entertainment center into a dance floor after their closing production blast.
All in all... It was a KABOOM!!!
