why i love nursing? because every after shift i did not just do my job... i also helped someone, made sick people feel cared of and SAVED A LIFE... :) i had a great TOXIC shift... good night!

- The exhausting case awhile ago made me realize how knowledge, skills and attitude are important in rendering effective nursing care. Without these, our interventions will never be enough, lacking one of these we can never be efficient nor effective. BTW, I've never been to the sterile field for a month now since I got rotated to other responsibilities and the chance to touch sterile instruments again is so self-boosting! And i noticed that i was better earlier than a month ago.. :) hehehe... thanks God! I hope i'll have the chance to learn more... =) The experience is just too overwhelming! Our procedure awhile ago was Debridement saucerization and application of external fixator, bone (partial) transport.. which was another ORTHO case.
