Renovating one's house is a fun thing to do and undergo. Our residential home has been neglected for years. My mom tend to focus her attention on other matters leaving our house unmaintained. Our gate has rusts on it that really needs repainting. Our bathroom needs to be cleaned. Our kitchen sink, well I guess, really needs to be replaced. Having a good home environment adds optimism in one's life and being in a cluttered house is like getting much burden aside from other life's stressors. It is important then that our house is well maintained. Having this mind-set, I suggested to my mom to renovate our house again and if possible make it look better.

My mom gladly sink into my suggestion and told me that it will be one of her projects before this year will end. Since I am the one who suggested this thing, I told her that I will help her in looking for the materials that we will be using to renovate the house like kitchen sinks , tiles, paints, bathroom stuffs and other house furniture that will atleast liven up the rooms. I even asked her if we can have a centralized air condition for the whole house. The area of our house is not that huge so it won't be that expensive. It sounds like a big plan but I think starting at fixing our kitchen sink is the best thing to do for now. After fixing the destroyed stuffs we can proceed in beautifying the place.
