Crash Dieting

I find my self FAT (huge bone structure plus accumulation of fats on any of my body part)! So I have decided to limit my food intake so that I will not bloat totally without even knowing it. Last last year, things got effective for me- FROM 60 kilos I lose 10 kilos in a month leading me to have a weight of 50 kilos. It was actually very cool but doing it really takes discipline. When I already got the body I wanted, people starts criticizing me that I don't look good on that structure. So I started eating more to gain weight and be able to achieve a weight that is just suited for me. Well, the gaining of weight did not stop so here I am in a 60-kilo weight again. The problem is, I am feeling dissatisfied with this figure and is hoping to trim down.

To do this, I stop eating pork last January, stop eating rice last June and stop eating junk foods last month. But still my metabolism isn't working right, I felt that nothing has changed despite this. I was blaming it to the kind of lifestyle I am currently dealing with. I work as a virtual assistant an spend my eight hour shift sitting and facing a computer. Well maybe, I have to double the effort I did before to achieve the same goal. Having this in mind, I almost stopped eating since yesterday. Well, I have eaten some crackers, fish and drank milk that's all I guess. I really wanted to get thin so I hope that this will work now. If you have other suggestions please feel free to comment on this blog. Thanks! It is much appreciated.. :)
