I am monitored... oh no!!!

We were all struck on the latest memo the office received. Starting from now on a software will be installed in our computers to monitor the activities we did on that shift. It will generate screen shots of our desktop every 5 mins and we have to log in and out in it to check if we are in our seats. The installation though will depend if our clients wanted us monitored. There are some of our officemates where their computers are already monitored. I am not sure if the software they are using will be effective and still yield productivity from the employee. Good thing that they are still testing the software on some of my officemates.

I found an employee monitoring software online where it is also good in activity tracking. This software is employee friendly thus it will not diminish an employee's performance despite knowing that they are monitored. It is not another "Big Brother" software. This software works by tracking the active application title bar. This leads to accurate and easily compiled usage statistics that are collected efficiently with no discernable impact on the workstation performance. It's truly the best way to determine how your employees are using their computer time.

I hope we can have this software instead or we can have this next time if the current one doesn't work.
