My Perspectives... My drawings

060309

Made this yesterday when I got lots of sleep and was inspired
by the scenery outside the house. What are trees made of...
It is made of me and you...

052009

This is a result of my sleep deprivation yesterday

051809

I made this last night when I was about to go to work. Got my sketch pad and my pencil and carelessly draw what is in my mind. I came up with this masterpiece which I named: WORK-kohol-LIC.

It is a sarcasm about WORK...I'll let your imagination guide you to what it means:D

051709
A result of a happy moment with someone.:)

Going through the ugliest scenario 052609: love and sad poems

Hope you can comprehend what I mean.. I made this poem and sketch when I was confronted by a surprising news upon arriving home. thanks for reading.

-------------------------------------------------------------

Going through the ugliest scenario 052609

Random chats, jittery and shatters
Galloping in my head, but my tongue is just staggered
Melting breeze and cold blue ducts
Halting the rush of the tunneled sacs

Falling to nothingness and hiding to the dusk
Sucked by pain and insurmountable gash
Surrendering the present, the depot of reality
Rebuffing the truth just to taper the agony

Valuables are ready, hung out from the dark
Melody of sighs conquering the silence of the lark
Selfish ends dominating, puppeteers of idiosyncrasy
Merits for no one, pure victims of immaturity

Steps were getting further
Lengthened distance in every hour
I crumpled my soul when it reached goodbyes
A dewdrop fell down from my clueless eyes

who came up with the idea of the teddy bear

My Teddy Bear Collection:

Some of us, if not all, have a precious friend hugging us while we are sleeping. Our confidante, our comforter and our friend, our TEDDY BEARS.

They are these cute stuffed toy that come in different sizes and presentation. As you can see in my collection, I have white, couple of brown, green, yellow, silver, checkered, some are dressed and some are just wearing it's fur. Some are purely for display while others are useful in my room. For now... I got 36 teddy bears and will still be counting. Having this HUGE fascination with Teddy bears, that made me think...

who came up with the idea of the teddy bear?

Don't you know that teddy bears are with us not so long ago? In late 1902, teddy bears synchronously appeared in two different countries: Germany and United states. But each has it's own story to tell how the teddy bear was produced and became a fad.

In the United States, base on their tradition stories, their teddy bears started in a CARTOON. The cartoon was drawn by Clifford Berryman and titled "Drawing the Line in Mississippi". It is portraying Theodore Roosevelt refusing to shoot a baby bear.

According to tradition, Roosevelt is an avid hunter who frequently visits Mississippi to hunt bears. But there is this one day where the hunting was so poor, that someone finally captured a bear and invited Roosevelt to shoot. But Roosevelt refused on firing a shot to this poor helpless bear. And that inspired Berryman to draw a cartoon with Roosevelt refusing to shoot an innocent young bear. This cartoon appeared in The Washington Post on November 16, 1902 and on some panel of cartoons drawn by the artist. That then became an immediate sensation and inspired Morris and Rose Michtom of Brooklyn, New York, to make a stuffed toy bear in honor of the president's actions. They named this sweet, innocent, upright bear ( like the bear in Berryman's cartoon) - TEDDY'S BEAR.

In Germany, far away across the ocean, Richard Steiff, a former art student, was working for his aunt, Margarete Steiff, in her stuffed toy business. He loves visiting the zoo and is fond of sketching the bear cubs he sees. The Steiff company then designed a stuffed bear toy base on Richard's designs. The design was showing humped back and long snout bear, looked more like a real bear cub.

Even both of these manufacturers sprang on the same year, neither knew of each other's existence until March 1903, at the Leipzig Toy Fair, Steiff introduced its first bear—Baer 55PB. An American buyer bought 3000 teddy bears to Steiff because of the Teddy Bear fever happening in America at that time.

Cool history right? So tonight when you go to sleep and start hugging your cute little bear, imagine how history values the teddy bear that is with you.:D

I am an ESTJ!

I was scanning through the facebook accounts of my friends... then, I found this personality test from the page of my X teacher in College... I got curious and tried it!

This was the result of the exam:

ESTJ: The Guardian

You're a natural leader and a quick, logical decision maker.Goals are important in your life, and you take many steps to achieve them.

You enjoy interacting with others, mostly through work related activities.Your high energy level means that you are great at getting things done!

In love, you tend to bring stability to relationships. You feel comfortable being in charge, and you enjoy being a provider.

At work, you take charge. You thrive in structured environments and don't mind enforcing the rules. You would make a great teacher, judge, or police detective. How you see yourself: Realistic, stable, and pragmatic

When other people don't get you, they see you as: Rigid, bound to rules, and a bad listener

Not bad results! But like what my friend told me... the results of personality exams is somewhat affected with your mood and recent activities... There's no other way to prove that but to take the exam next time:) LOL

I suck!!! I bent the rules...

yeyeh... after not EATING PORK for almost 2 months... I broke my commitment! I actually ate an ewwww P-O-R-K today... huhuhuhu... not only once... but like... THRICE??? I ordered bbq ribs rice toppings(pork), ate 3 pieces bbq pork at jickongs(pork) and ate 2 slices of pizza (pork)... I cant imagine what I did!

Sorry for the over reaction guys... LOL... I just can't believe how undisciplined I am... Hope I can resist the LECHON mama prepared for tomorrow's celebration in our church... hehehe

It's gone

I should begin speaking out my thoughts while this odd feeling is still bothering me, in that way... I can cry out loud what I feel inside. Honestly...I am not crying now... but my heart is extremely crashed by excruciating pain. I am invincibly weeping for a loss... and that experience taught me several lessons...

So what really happened?

I lost a valuable thing this evening... and worst, some important documents are within it. No matter how much I try to stay positive, it's just not working... the gullible self-concept is still in my head.

I drag myself to the bed as I arrived home...I bounced like a timbre...falling to nothingness...and blamed my idiosyncrasy..."It is just because of me...and my vacuous habits...If I was just a bit careful...." "If I was only not raunchy...then that did not happen" But still, even how many more blaming I do... I just can't repeat time... cause, It's gone...

And that taught me this lesson..."regret things before things become regretful."

[I just like to thank claudio for the good things he did tonight!:) I appreciate what you've said... hehehe...see you around!]

FEAR factor

I was told to prepare my medical certificate before I will begin my training this Monday in Eversun... hmmm... then that means.... I need to comply the necessary exam today.! EXAM? whooo... I'm not a big fan of physical exams. I don't want to know what my body is really going through at of this moment. there are these negative ideas running through my head when exams begin... countless what-ifs pop out...huhuhu... but, this is inevitable...

So, we went to acculab today...paid the bill and .... went through the process worth not mentioning...ahaha..

What I fear most... is when they will hand me the results of the exams... what if I have parasites within me " multiple ova found" or maybe..."too many to count" bacteria in my urinalysis... that's a complete embarrassment! waaaaaaa...

It's time to read the papers...

after seeing good results... I faced the cute assistant in the lab and said..." nawawala daw chest ko?" huhuhuhuhu.... WWWWHHHHHHAAAAATTTTTTTTT????....

Ano daw sabi ko? That was the corniest joke I've heard from myself! huhuhu....! I can see it from his face that he is clueless on how to react from what I've said. and sabi nya...

"kasi negative chest".... followed by a flat affect.

hahahha....I went out from the room quickly and never dared to look at him again...LOL...

Now. I realize... I should not worry about my physical exam results...rather...on my verbal cornycation skills....LOL
